Booklet On NRI Marriages By The NCW

Folks,

Finally this booklet has come out. It has explanations on the judgments of the Supreme Court regarding NRI matrimonial and custody battles. The Hon’ble Chairperson of the NCW, Ms Girija Vyas has done the NRIs a great service by issuing this booklet and the explanation of the SC judgments. I commend her for this effort

I am sure that this document will greatly help our NRI brethren in showing them where they stand and hopefully open their eyes to the forces being arrayed against them to harass them and to confiscate/steal their property in the name of protecting women.
