Hello, I need some information on the inefficiencies of the Indian police force with examples and their mis handling of certain cases, would be great full if you can help me out. And certain measures to reform the police force.

Real good effort. These bloody feminists should be taken to task every time a man is screwed by his spouse and the family.
It’s envogue these days…girl gets married…doesn’t like husband/inlaws…results in fights…girl’s parents meet a lawyer (a family friend)…he guides the girl to stay at husbands place….collect proofs of their financial well being… remove all the jewelery from her husbands place…take a list of everything that’s there in their home..start instigating her husband and inlaws..creating a scene 1 day..and straight away go to the police station..where all her relatives are present..then they serve a pack of lies..blow everything out of proportion.. and ask the SHO to have a FIR registered…The SHO cannot register a FIR as theres a guideline from the SC that you just can’t register an fir and arrest without looking at the material evidence..Everyone goes back home..next day the girl shows up at the police station and asks the IO to add a couple of things which can be used against the innocent husband (which her lawyer now recommends)..but the IO doesn’t do that..The girls family start feeling the heat as the bomb they were trying to explode was a “phuss bumb”..They now approach the CAW cell.. this time they register a complaint and try to include everything (every lie)…In the CAw cell the drama begins..the girl seldom says anything as she has been with her husband and knows that everything is a big fat lie..her mother uses a melodrama.. and accuses her daugthers in-laws.. At the end what they need is money..money in lieu of jewelery that he has already taken..I think it’s fair enough to pay the bitch that kinda money as “You don’t fuck bitches for free”…
As far as the system is concerned…the system is pretty much relaxed these days…everyone knows how these laws are misused..just grease the palms of the people in the system and they will help you.. Dont pay too much to the bitch… and ensure that u spread the word around that its a criminal family.so that no one marries her again..or ensure tat she gets entagled in the courts that she gets a divorce only after 10 years…Happy Hunting…
THE MEN TORTURED IN THE HANDS OF WOMEN/WIFE
NOWADAYS men are tortured in the hands of women by misusing newly formulated laws specially designed only for women. The law makers fully forgetting the constitutions article 14 which says all men and woman are equal before law or say equality before law. This article 14 giving equal strength to man and woman but formulating new law for women so for no law formulated by the law makers for men. Why?
A fine case of one Mr. Rathinasabapathy who was married with Rajeswari of Howrah at Pondicherry on 4th June 2003 started their life initially at Pondicherry latter after five months shifted to Bangalore where he was employed. The husband arranged job for his wife and he had given her all possible freedom which include to visit her parental house, to wear the dresses she feel convenient. But his all these freedoms and love showered towards the wife resulted in one fine day with hand cuffs of iron. Do you believe? YES THIS IS A TRUE STORY. The husband who once tried his best to keep his wife happy meted the cruelty by the same women. The husband arranged all physical mental pleasures for his wife but not fulfilled one demand which is affecting his parents, unmarried brother and sister. The wife demand for separate dwelling that too in such a place the language of which is a strange thing to the husband and leaving the old aged sick parents here all alone was not welcomed by the husband and which only resulted in iron hand cuffing like a herded criminal and lying in illegal custody for eight days.
The wife and her parents even not intimated him the child birth and somehow when he come to know the child birth he requested to send a snap of the child which was also not heard. For the new born the father send some gift which was also returned by the wife and her parents. Their cruelty reached at Himalayan peak when she lodged a complaint using the weapon of dowry and domestic violence act (DVA) and several other criminal section against husband and in-laws, the in-laws who never interfered her life. The question is if she really met cruelty by the hands of husband and his relatives why she had not opted to file a complaint in the jurisdiction police station which was only in walkable distance. She opted to file complaint in the Howrah police station and filed a divorce under section 13a and succeeded to get an expartee decree within 3 months of filing which is very impossible as per marriage law. The husband had not given time to file counter or for a counselling. When husband was attending for maintenance case and came out of the court he was arrested and handcuffed and remained in the custody for eight days and ninth day presented before the judicial magistrate and then kept one day in judicial custody and latter bailed out. The wife atlest shown curtsy by not opposing the anticipatory bail of in-laws.
The women how she forget the sweetness of togetherness, how she forget the sweet face of her husband which is now also in front of her in the form of child.
THE MEN WAS CRUSHED IN THE HANDS OF WOMEN. The men who is a M.Sc., M.Phil., earning sufficiently was now staring the sky with no hope for justice. His parents are weeping and sister, brother still in a stage of shock.
The reward paid by the wife to her husband is the only result of misusing of newly formulated laws. The court at Howrah which have no jurisdiction neither to try the suit for divorce nor for the criminal offence as the couple married at Pondicherry and last resided place at Bangalore, where both of them were employed and as such alleged offence held in Bangalore. So the decree which is passed by the Howrah Court is improper and the complaint also liable to be quashed. But these all will happen in future.
Wake and do something for men otherwise similar trouble tomorrow you also have to face. For this not only togetherness of men required but the togetherness of women also required.

Yes. It is really legal terrorism. As I am handicapped person, I didn’t take dowry. Even though, now, I am suffering from this case. Police also knows about this issue. But, they are not filing charge sheet immediately. She is demanding more.
Everyone knows the misuse of 498A, even then nobody is able to eradicate it. I feel, the law should be equal to everyone regardless of the gender. Can’t we(people) fight against these unscrupulous feminists and make the families lead a peaceful life?
I opine that the person (either woman or man) who files a false case should and must be punished critically, then only others stop doing the same for the fear of their punishment. Unless and until this is done, this situation continues. Innumerable families have made their lives miserable in the hands of these so called vengeful women.
Let’s join hands to make a point to the Indian laws and government to save mankind from such fatal instuments. Let’s hope to see the 498A-free husbands.
Hello, I am anup sinha from jharkhand.I have married last 2004 after six month she come back her parants home with her younger brother for some day spend with her family. But after some day she told me she can’t go jharkhand in my home bcouse my family,my native place, my relative and my friend are not good, She want i stay with her in her parants home and leave my family.she shoot the maintains case last 2007 and after few month shoot 498A and alligation so many false story regading me and my inosent family.police catch me and i go jail. i request so many times but they are silent.now possition is some cool but i want to fight againt them. plz advice me and tell me procedure of court rules.

SEARCH IN GOOGLE FOR NEW LAW ” CrPC 41 Ameendment”. Police can not arrest anyone under 498 cases unless a death or loss of limbs.
IF you anticipate or DOUBT 489a or DV against you or DON’T want to live with her DO this immediately. If she accuses falsly you can not live with her ever . PERIOD. This is girls mentality.

1. Be proactive. I mean this kind of characterless women is MORE dangerous to your life if you live for ever. You may soon see DV and 498a against you. BUT DON’T WORRY.
2. Be prepared mentally for divorce ( this is most important). Be consious that right now you are not divorced but be prepared.
3. DON’T discuss this matter to any of your relative (mom/sister or any women especially). Your relatives will leak this information unconsiouly durng some quarrell. Don’t talk to any friends at first step. All your friends will first advice you. nothig else.
4. ACT only ACT as if you have good relationship with her and her parents. Don’t visit her home but keep calling her and act like crying. This tactics is to get enough time your side and get to know her motive.
5. You a voice recorder about her demands.

1. Go to a criminal lawyer immediately and tell your situation AND GIVE him SOME MONEY UPFRONT (500-1000 rs)! don’t discuss legal fees now. Let him explain what is best to protect you from the worst like DV and 498a. Again don’t discuss this with your parents.
2. If you hear any threatening from your wife or her parents it SURE they will go to police or court.
3. GO Ahead and be offensive… file a divorce case but make sure the summons don’t reach her for few months. DISCUSS with lawyer about this and how to do this.
4. When all your papers are ready and mentally prepared, Start fighting.
5. Disclose this matter to your parents/relatives anf friends DECISIVLY. YOU MUST convince them. DON’T WORRY about society or what your parents think. NEVER change your mind. Get in touch with DIVORCED men for this matter.
6. Send the summens and relax. Your lawyer will take care of this.
You file divorce first so 498a /DV will not affect you. Take an anticipatory bail.
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY to ESCAPE FROM DOWRY RELATED CASE.

I am going through a very bad phase, i got married last year, from the time she came to our home, she started mis behaving with my family members, when i returned to my work place, after abt 1 week, she instantly went to her fathers house, i went to her house and brought her back..but even after that she kept harrasing me, she said she will go back to her boyfriend..but while at the same time she said she loves me and wants to stay with me..but every week on friday she used to fight with me and go to her parents house…she used to return on monday..everyday her father would call her at night when say..we me and my wife were say very close…this continued for 3 months..then she again ran away..she said i had beaten her,,which was false…i brought her back again( my parents wanted us to make the marraiage work as i am their only son).. and i tool loved her…she gaian ran away after 3 months…in the last 4-5 months she has been away..she meet me many times,…but asked me not to tell to anyone..i sent my i uncle to het home to talk to her father..but he spoake only aby divorce asked us to talk again in nov, and falsely accused me that i beat her and even wanted money…1 week back again she spoke to me and i fell into trap..she asked me to come to her home to talke her..i went..their her fathre accused me of harassing her and even spoek to local police…now i am scared if i am not made a victom of this dowry law,,whch is being missued as my situation looks similiar to all the horror stories i have read online..please advice..i come from a very middle class family..i cannnot afford all the money..and i have to take care of my old parents ..i cannot loose my job..please help..now they have started asking for money

I understand your situation but there is nothing much you can do at this point in time..apnar kichu korar nei…dhoirjo dhorun…koi ek din dekhun…if situation does not improve…advise would be go for a mutual divorce…je thakte chaina take ki jor kore rakha jai…rather move on in life and start afresh..Im sure apni abaro kauke bhalo nischoi paben…By the way…we all are fighting and victims of 498 or their equivalent laws…so hold your breath and dont loose faith! one case u/s 498a, 406, and 506 is going on from last 2 years in district courts.
my in laws has approach in police and political high ups. due to which they used to harass us by implicating false cases of 107/151 two times.
we don’t still file case for divorce as our lawyer is saying that theses false cases help him to formulate a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty.
we are quite puzzled with this.. bcoz two years we are facing trials of 498a and still we have not filed any divorce case etc..

Dear friend’s, actually I’m 100 percent victim, so I went to knowing my matter all the Indian and others. I write my matter to all minister in W.B., CBI, CID, Human rights department, Kolkata Police, my nation, all of the news channels, and all press, and many more, absolutely you also, I’m 100 percent victim but no body come to me. My question is why they not come to my house? I screw up to claim that I am as white as snow. Sir, If you don’t brook intervention then our family &especially my small daughter’s life will be ruined.
I determined that if any reporter / any person come to my house then they know that I am 100 percent victim. And I win the case. I’m Punishment + harassment Without Crime.
