It will be interesting to see the assets declared by Justices KG.Balakrishnan, Sadasivan and Chauhan. The next disgrace that Indian Judiciary will see would be when Sadasivam takes over as CJI in 2013. Its shame that such persons occupy the high offices once occupied by persons of calibre of Justice HR. Khanna, VR.Krishna Iyer and Pathanjali Sastri. Sadasivam is a man who is behind a caste based political outfit back in TN. He belongs to the Gounder community and has been systematically elevating ONLY GOUNDERS to Madras High Court. Besides, he hates Brahmins so much that he has said that in his lifetime he will ensure that no Brahmin ever becomes a CJI. He will place his persons in such a fashion during his tenure that the rightfully deserving Dananjay Chandrachud, a Brahmin, never becomes the CJI. Needless to say about Chauhan. Indian Judiciary went to a new low when KGB was elevated as CJI. Its worst than the times of Emergency when at least a few lone voices like Justice Khanna emerged for the World to recognize (New York Times in 1976, a tribute to Justice Khanna) and appreciate of Indian Judiciary. Sadasivam’s son and KGB’s sons are apparently “business partners” now in whatever they do. Its disgusting to appear before such persons and its best that in the interest of Judiciary that we give up our active practice and join persons like Shanthi Bhushan and Prashant Bushan to fight against the systematic murder of the highest office of this land.
