Sir ,
my first wife died , and then i got second marriage as i was having two daughters with first wife .
My second wife is also divorcee , i have not taken any money from her parents while marriage , but i spent for every thing Honey moon and all this thing .
But now i found she is of very loose character on different occasion and she told me that her first marriage was also went to divorce due to that reason only , when i tryed to tell her that she should not do these things she went to her parents home and now not coming . she is a fond of making boy friend and a type of sexonomy person . she doesnot like me after marriage is 2 months old only .
Pl tell me is there any procedure by which she will come to my house or there will be divorce on the card , her parents support her very much .

I have come across similar case . girl due to pre- marital affair wanted to break marraige. she made false allegations against the boy and family. left husband and started living seperatly and was doing job.parents to forcibly keep the marraige lodged FIR under 498A. alaternatively they demanded huge money. when money was denied and girl was asked to come back and start life afresh she came eopenly and mutual divorce was obtained (without alimony). police also tries to take benefit of situation and never investigate. please suggest what legal alternatives we have to punish such people so that this is deterent to others.

Last time I read, prositution is still illegal in India. If Ranajana Kumari is condoning or encouraging prostitution, she is abetting crime. Abetment of crime is equivalent to committing crime. All the feminists cheering from sidelines of the empowerment of high-end prostitutes catering to the high end clientele are to be prosecuted for abetment of crime.

filed a case of maintenance under section 125 . I am a

I was married on July 2004 with a girl with full consent of mine and my family.She was suffering from Obsessive compulsive Neurosis(OCN) a kind of Schizophrenia.We came to know after marriage. When we tried to ask about this her parents started threatening to me and my family.
We tried to manage with all but her parents taken my wife with him from my home forcibly.Her father is having strong political links.

That time I was doing my Masters and my younger brother was studying.My parents are farmers only no big property.We filled the Divorce on 2006
to save us from 498A.After that I got arrested in different cases filled by my in laws.They are also taking Rs.4500/- as maintenance and the since December 2004 my wife is living in her parents home.
Now my father is expired and I got a job in an MNC in Bangalore. They have filled several cases against me and my brother and continuously threatening and torching my family.Now I can’t live with her and want divorce. But they are not agree and running case in my money only.Please tell me and help me how I can get it soon.

Indian Judiciary is robust, provided the legal fraternity exercise their powers to fight injustices like mountains of 498A cases, which are mostly false and baseless and is utilised by police to warm their pockets and leave an indelible scar in the minds of those innocent husbands and family members arrested.
Case laws like Joginder Kumar Vs State Of UP - 1994, and D.K. BASU v State of West Bengal can be efficiently used by lawyers to get the highhanded police officers lose their jobs and set an example for other officers to emulate.
