IPC 498A 
Sub :- If characterless wife trey to bait (Deceive or entrap) his husband in indian penal 498C for self-respect.
My wife calling my nebour boy by our home lead line phone witch was locked by key, she unlock it by any dives and then calling him, when nobody at home.
She always threatened me & my Family for Suicide.
She always speak untrue & change Owen statement.
She don’t want to live with me because she told me “ I don’t love you, my father force fully sand me at your home, I love that boy, I like to leave with him, give me divorce other wise I will suicide.â€
At first she told for divorce and buy stamp paper from court with me. then any one advice her to bait your husband in 498c for protection by notorious.
She told lawyer for divorce me immediately.
Now she and her father want to big amount of money from me and protect form notorious.
Please help me? What should I do?

Dear sir
My wife left me 6 months of my marriage and she is not willing to come to me. I have done all possibilities to convince her but she is reluctant to come.she is working in bank and living alone in some place. Neither she is giving divorce nor coming to me. She behaving like slangs and abuse language. Can i file a divorce to my wife. And alao advise me after she got my divorce notice can she file 498. If she file wht will police cource action as per todays laws.
