this is my response for judge dhingra. please leave it on the site.
i am the woman whose FIr u had quashed. you dont read the papers filed or may be u dont want to. perhaps seeing SS Gandhi’s face is more than enough to pass a judgment in favor of gulati’s. on point five of grounds on their writ petition , six and eighteen it is mentioned that the seperation was in 1998. the order of protection that i had filed also stated august 6, 1998 .As the date on which the order granted by judge david m hall in u.s.a. the divorce judgment on march 31, 1999 stated period of separation as excess of two years. also their is no execution of judgment till date because the judgment dated march 31, 1999 is rigged, it was a staged managed divorce. in my case an incestuous relationship existed between mother and son, i.E kanchan gulati and anuranjan gulati. that is why they did not let me stay in the marriage. a non working spouse in the U.S does not have any power to extort money from her husband judge. anuranjan saw to it that i did not even get my green card and have immigration problems as well. for over 12 years they held my jewelry and the police recoverd it part istridhan)on november 29, 2005 ( see status report). the police despite making money from them did not file a final report that no case is made out. you did not even bat an eyelid to drop all charges against them and quash the case.
I did not have the power to sign on my own judgment otherwise i would send the gulati’s to jail both mother and son for having cheated me for fourteen years. unfortunately one’s fate in a court of law lies in the hands of a man or woman unknown to me personally called a judge. As did judge david m hall( divorce judge) who had come to know about the incest. the indians at his workplace had reported it to my lawyer Rinella and rinella . it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out you dont need two divorce cases to divorce one wife in the state of illinois. 97D966 and 98D1755? you have done grave injustice to me judge.

Enough is enough, you have gotten enough amount money from the Home sold by your husband and his IRA. You don’t deserve any more money from your In Laws. Try to get a Life and move on, stop using Dowry based laws on the next innocent guy you find.

i dont know you personally. i have mentioned on the site , it was a staged managed divorce. mr gulati paid the U.S. judge to get this divorce. i did not get a penny. it is a paper judgment ( rigged) as mentioned . if mr abhi you want to inquire you can check records of the house proceeds and IRA. it is very easy to point a finger at a woman you dont even know. how much corruption exists in courts of law , only a person who has been through the court system would know.
it is most unfortunate that you are passing a judgment on woman you dont even know. or what i have been through for fourteen years. how come a woman is deemed as malicious and a man as innocent. incest is not innocent. i would have liked anuranjan gulati( the man i married in 1993) to post a comment on this site. he knows what he has put me through as does his mother. as does david m hall the united states judge who passed a judgment purhased by anuranjan gulati.
MR. abhi looks like you dont have a sister, ( divorced) ohterwise you would never ever say what you did about me on this site. i spurned a n offer of ten lakhs i the court of judge reva khetarpal, the judge prior to Mr dhingra. who didnt quash this case. she is a witness to my spurning an offer of money in open court and the fact i got nothing. you are free to contact reva ketarpal on this issue.not all woman are bad and nor are all men good and innocent.

excuse me but if this case was dismissed in a court in the US and the actual events took place there it is not in the jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court System in any event and therefore had absolutely no grounds for moving forward. I really do not see how this is discrimination against women if you did not even ceck your facts before blindly filing suit and wasting a judge’s time. Also I am a woman so you cannot accuse me of being biased as well. I do not see what you expected to come out of the settlement of this case, if anyhthing. For your sake, move on.

Some Interesting Stats On Arrests Of Women

In 1930, the British govt arrested 17,000 women for their involvement in the Dandi Yatra (Salt March). During 1937 to 1947 (10 Years), they arrested 5,000 women involved in the freedom struggle. From 2004 to 2006, the govt of India arrested 90,000 women of all ages under 498A. On the average, 27,000 women per year are being arrested under this flawed law. These are stats from the NCRB.

The family of the writer was tortured by the Indian Police in an attempt to extort over a $100,000 by holding them in custody for over a week. The police, in cahoots with the magistrate and the PP, did this due to the ridiculous allegations made in a 498A case by his embittered ex-wife. She filed the case years after he and his family had last seen her. Thousands of 498A cases are filed each year in India by women seeking to wreak vengeance on their husbands and in-laws. Enormous sums are extorted from intimidated families implicated in these cases by corrupt Indian police officers and elements of the Indian judiciary. The author and his family haven't bribed any public official nor have they given in to the extortion. This blog aims to raise awareness of due process in India.
