This interpretation may sound interesting to Legal pundits that only a legally wedded woman may be referred to as wife. NOW AT WHAT STAGE DOES A LEGALLY DIVORCED WOMAN CEASE TO BE A WIFE??? There has to be be a time frame or the divorce has no meaning.

dear sir,
in last june I got married in my native place on first night she refused me she said she was not ready for the marriage with me she is having affair with another person she will live with that 2nd person.second night she even not let me enter in bed room and she started crying shouting and maintly touted to my parents and family people then we called up her father and brother the tried her to be with us but she refused them and then she got back to there home frome my home. after 15-20 days their parents also started blackmailing us to keep her otherwise they will complain on us under 498. now what should I do I can proof that she is charector less their villegers are ready to come with us

Buddy dont take any tension ……..aal is well ……….have petitions .i know that todays gals are using divorce law as weapon against boys & playing with our life.if she having affair & saying that she will continue after that also.then take help of your community people ,tell them all story,even if the her family members are forcing you to take her,then don’t take her.take take al community people help and manage that gal very properly,make her her ready for divorce.dont shout on her .
