Justice Shiv Narain Dhingra is back and he’s started with a bang. This time he has defined the limits on the powers of the CAW cells that have terrorized families with their stupidity. This judgment is important as it shows that it is the judiciary whose orders need to be obeyed and not the orders of any random agency that attempts to usurp the powers of the judiciary.

Justice Dhingra,u r doing a great job for helping the society.As we know most of the time womens and her family misuse this act with the help of CAW cell and torture the Husband and his family to fill their unexpected demandsor to fulfill their wrong intensions.I m also a victim of this misuse of 498a,but my case is little different because she is a daughter of a police man who has been trying to harrass me and my family by misusing his power of police.
I REQUEST U TO FINISH THE POWER OF CAW CELL TO LAUNCH F.I.R AND MAKE A LAW OR JUDGEMENT QUICKLY WHICH WILL STOP THE CRUELITY OF CAW CELL AND WOMENS BY USING 498A.PLZ SIR IT IS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO U BECAUSE MOST OF THE FAMILIES AND THEIR FUTURE ARE IN DANGER DUE TO MISUSE OF 498A.WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR BRAVE JUDGEMENT FOR THE SAKE OF SOCIETY,PLZ UPLOAD IT ASAP.
