I, Pavitra devi Bhartia (age 60 years) presently reside in Belur (P.S.Bally, Howrah). I am a simple House wife.
My son Mr.Ajay Bhartia got married on 27th November 2009 with Namrata Agarwal (D/o Shri Prabhat Agarwal).We belongs to a middle class family ardently believing in Indian Culture..My husband is aged and he has not any source of income. My son was part time faculty in Agrasain College,Liluah(W.B) but now he is working in coal India, Ranchi as an execuitive trainee.After marriage, a month later his wife ( Namrata ) started demanding the salary to be given in her hand and her parents insisted my son- ( Ajay Bhartia ) to do so.Thereafter,some of his wife’s (Namrata) relatives along with her parents came to our house on dated 28th Feb 2010 and threatened us.Likewise she and her parents started demanding expensive jewellery and other luxuries which was not possible to purchase for my son Albeit , they managed to live together for 10 months despite all these discords but they could no longer go ahed and decided to estrange from each ohter.Therefore, they went for legal mutual agreement with all consent to live apart therafter.On 16th August 2010 they signed an agreement before the court in Ranchi in presence of some aminent persons.On the same day she called her parents from Kolkata to Ranchi.That day her parents stayed with her at Ranchi and returned to Kolkata with her on 17th Aug’2010.She took back all jewellery and valuable things with her.They mentioned in the agreement that they will apply for divorce in the court.
But now her parents demanded Rs.22 lakhs(Twenty two lakhs) to emancipate us from the charges of dowery and domestic violence.But it was not possible for my family to fulfill their demand. I want to clear that we did not demand any money or valuable things in the wedding and also did not take anything like this.
But now her parents threatened us to file spurious cases against us under several sections of criminal cases like doury and domestic violence. After all these events I live in fear… My husband also lives in fear. I am also suffered from many dieses like Asthma, Alser, Arthritis etc from last five years. Treatment is going on under specialist of Apollo Hospital & AMRI Hospital. I am living my life under high depression.
I want your help & valuable suggestions .So that I can save my life. Please help me as much as you can.

I have taken policy(169-07) from Lic on Jan 2005 for 7 year so it is completed in jan 2012 but Lic can’t give any information about completion of policy and after completion in feb 2012 I went in Lic they told me that you fill some requirement of paper after then we take action on this matter when after few days I again went in Lic they told me again that some papers are also required & this way they are doing so many times & they pass time and finally after one month submission of my document they do necessary action & told me that your policy is of pension type & your case is finalized in kanpur then I told him that if there is any option that I take money in cash one time then he told me u gave medical of any disease in which money is required for treatment i gave medical after then lic sent my document in kanpur & told me u came here after 2 months when i went after 2 month in lic they told me ur paper is refused by kanpur & told me is there any reason of refusing this paper they doesn’t told me any reason after then i ask him what happen in this case now after then they told me u can take another option of 1/3 case & balance in 9 years pension i told him ok then give this option after then i submitted my paper in lic &they told me u came after 2 month when i went in lic after 2 month they do nothin in this matter & told me ur policy time being above 6 months from the date of maturity (i.e they delayed in my matter) so u can’t take 1/3 cash & balance in pension so ur case is deal in a new way but they don’t tell me about all option of my policy & filled option in my form without my knowledge so it’s a matter of delayed in my policy and filling of option without giving any information to me. so please suggest me what i can do in this case.

My complaint is Admission Certifice for PST and PET certificate received on 20 Feb 2013 insted of the examination was already conducted on 19 Feb 13 vide the call letter despatch on 16 Feb 13 from the above board and reached on 20 Feb 13 in Aashihal Tanda post office . However it was not possible to attend the above examination as the date already overed. Hence you are requested to advice further cource of action as it was effect to my carrier and appartunity.
please verify the documents from Govt of India, Staff Selection commission (KKR) Bangalore http://ssckkr.kar.nic.in as if all the admission cards received after the due date how it can be possible to attend the any examination. I am ready to produce all the evidence

I have very serios complian against an NGO name choti Muskan which approved by goverment under society registration act XXl of 1860 with registration no is S/ 395/SDM/NW/2011. This society has conducted an exam in 18/3/2012 & interview on,5/04/2012 with training on 06/072012. And giving offer letter for joining, but after one month they dismiss the post and assured to return the deposit money of 10,500 which I had ggiven by DD of SBI – againt choti Muskan children and women welfare society having DD no – 803567 of 3500 & 803568 of 7000. Sir I have humble request to take strick action as they had not return any money to me. They make me mental and physical herishment and till now I investted 60000 ₹ in training, mobile bill, fees , hotel stay during training. I had full proof of the registration , application form of papaer, interview letter and offer letter of this NGO. Please do the needful to make justice for it.

Sir My father Mr.Narashimaiah filed case in Tumkur D.C Court towards OVERLAPPING of the Survey No. (old No.73) New No.138, The Court was order to Koratager Thasildar and Survey Super wiser to rectified and consider the sanction land and re durasthu for the same.
But the several visit to Koratagere Survey office and give letter to Thasildar still canot take any action in this regard.

But when I went to them, they said as per computer records nominee is not registered.This is the fault of their staffs who haven’t updated the records and now I being his daughter of age just 24 yrs, being alone managing the responsibilities of my mother and 2 young brothers is not getting any cooperation and they r just passing d time asking for a lot many papers which r required in case if really nomination is not made. They tell me to come this day and dat day but dnt do anything.
My father died at the age of 63 yrs suddenly. He was getting pension through sb account of the same bank and branch too which i mentioned above. Now as per rules we r to intimate the bank for stopping d credit of pension. The bank was intimated yet they didn’t care to stop it. Now i went again with death certificate n application but they didn’t accept. Thing is that as per rules we need to intimate to this bank then they should intimate to head bank and head bank will then intimate to CMPF only then it will be stopped. But bank is not cooperating me here too. I want you/RTI to write them or mail them to help me in this regard. I have none to help me and m getting discouraged after seeing d response of sbi bank’s staffs.
Plz help me out of this situation.

I am Abdul Hafiz khan resident of 73, koyla Bakhal, Indore (M P), India. I am a goverment Contractor (Civil) & was woking in Indore Municipal Coorporation till 2011-12. In 2012 i take a privet colony development work in Shujalpur Disst. Shajapur from land owner Mr. Uttam Sharma resident of Vijay nagar Indore.
I have 40% completed work on till date 20th feburary 2012. During the work i was going to Shujalpur at site on date 22 feb. 2012 i had a big road accident in soncach Distt. Devas during the accident i have paralize 75 % body.
Now I am on bed rest from 26th month & my body parts not workig due to paralize. My earning source is zero & I faced a complicated life in my faimly.
land owner Mr Uttam sharma has no reply on my Paymen requirement & give only fake commitment from a long time 2 years.
I Don’t understand, What will I do ?
There are no source to get payment from land owner, i can contacting only mobile phone but they do not responce of my phone. What can i do ?
I have take a big Amount Above 15th lacs from Mr Uttam Sharma (Land Owner) But they getting advantage of my illness.
