Friends,
The main reason for our organisation is to Save Indian Family. One
part of saving indian family is to try and save marriages. We are
concentrating on fighting 498a and other barbaric laws, but i notice
no one is concentrating on saving marriages.
My wife had files 125 and other cases 4 yrs back. then she resumed her
affair (which she claims is ‘friendship’) and was even talking with
him of having a second child with him ( which she says was a ‘joke’).
I had enough evidence against her to get a divorce and my 5.5 yr old
sons custody. I accept I had also made mistakes, i had tried to
control her, didn’t give her love and freedom bcos of all this, and
was disrespectful with her parents; we has stopped going out alone and
nuturing the relationship. I know she was 80% wrong but 20% was my
fault also and I realised my mistakes.
We were counseled by our common guru. I asked her what she wants – cut
all relations with him and return, or a divorce. I told her I am ready
to take her back only if she is 100% sure she wants to return for
love and not under any kind of pressure. She demanded a mobile,
freedom to go anywhere she wants, etc and promised to be 100%
committed to the relationship and break all contacts with him. So we
gave our marriage one more chance, and we are happy now( dont know
about future, touch wood).
Now even if she has this freedom I give her credit that she doesnt
misuse it and has changed to much extent. This is all psychology, if u
supress anyone, she is bound to rebel, but if u forgive her and give
her love, trust and respect she will never betray you,this is jujistu.
Also if she still betrays you, you will definately know one day and
then you can end the relationship.
50% cases of this type are solvable if we forgive each other and have
mutual respect for each others families.

One case is little bit different . My cousin married with a girl . both of them are software professionals. But the girl cheated us. She has taken 50lakh Rs. loan before marriage and didn’t told us before marriage about her debt. After marriage she only told my cousin about it and he said ok but you are responsible for your debt. But afterwords her behaviour at home changed and she started misbehaving with in laws and her husband. She asked him to give his whole salary to her because she has to pay the loan and she didn’t have money. She also told him to break his relationship with his parents and other relatives and come and stay separately with her parents. But the boy refused to do it and then she threated him that i will take you and your family to police and teach you lesson if you didn’t follow me.
Now boy and his family is in trouble. All the laws are in favour of women. But now the girl is harressing my cousin and his parents and asking for money.
We really didn’t know what to do ? Please tell us and guide us.

This so called law which protects the women is nothing less than a tool to loot money from the husband. There can be thousand of reason in marital disharmony. I fail to understand why feminist give color of dowry to every family discord .Our law works in such a fashion that it assumes that husband is always at the fault and no investigation is needed to prove allegation against man. The very purpose of 498a and DV act is to loot money from innocent husband whether he and is family is a guilty or not. I hate the feminist’s excuse that women cannot break her own house and she tries to save the family till the end. Are we living in 18 th century. When a women can get her husband murdered with the association of her boy friend why can’t she break her marriage. Come on gone are the days when women were dependent on men. Just look around you. One can easily recognize the presence of women in every walk of life Be it politics,army,banks,lawyers,judges,actress u name it she is there. We cannot believe that women are sati savitri these days that can never lie. There are hundred of cases comes in the news paper where women is caught in illegal activity. No data is maintained by the NCW on the involvement of women in illegal activities it’s a false myth created by feminists that women cannot break marriage. More and more women are coming forward to break their marriages. The women themselves knows about the failure of the marriage and they file false cases just to loot money from the innocent husband .How ridiculous it is when it comes to the minister Arjun Singh then Renuka Choudhury comes forward to save Arjun Singh and shamelessly said that it’s a misuse of law why because he is a minister. Is he above the law? Why Renuka Choudhury does not comes forward and save common man who is real victim of this law.Hathi ke daant khane ke aur dikhane ke aur .Why every death of a wife at her in-laws place is considered dowry death. Why our mother and sister is not considered a women when it comes to domestic voilence.Why NCW does not consider the complaint of old mother in law agsnt her daughter in law. Why should not we change the name of National commission for women to National commission for wives and crime against wives cell.
No mother and sister can come forward to lodge the complaint agnst her own son and brother because they can never file false complaints agnst their own son and brother its only the bad wife who comes forward to lodge false complaint just to loot money from poor husband when she knows that her marriage is failed. Can NCW show us how many complaints have they considered or helped other than daughter in law. I know they cannot give us even one because it’s a National commission for wives. It’s been more than 20 years why these gender biased law failed to curb dowry cases. Why dowry cases are increasing the only answer is the false cases are increasing. Look what happens to dowry cases it ends up paying money to wife. Why there is not single conviction when wife is alive. Why Supreme Court has said that 498a is a legal terrorism. Time and again high court has dismissed 498a cases. I want to ask one simple question can National Commission for women come forward for help my mother and my sister and save them from my wife. Women are crueler when it comes to get even. That is why they are filing more and more false cases such as 498a DV act. Look what happens to these cases they end up paying money by innocent husband, they are quashed or won by husband. Very less conviction. If a husband is a guilty why doesn’t he gets punishment why does he and his family is forced to pay money to the woman. It’s a clear fact and the agenda of feminists to loot money from poor husband. Making new laws will not help much they have not helped so far .It will add to more chaos in society. It’s is destroying the very purpose of the marriage and dragging us towards the divorce culture of western society. We are not against the women we are against the gender biased laws.

I and my wife got married under hindu marriage in 98. We have a son who is now 6 yrs old. Both of us went on temporary visas to Australia while i undertook my University study in 98 after marriage. In 2004 we applied to become Permanent residents (PR) and started to live in Australia. I was doing a full time professional job, while my wife managed to do some decent part time work. While this is the case, during end of 2006, when we went to visit families in India, she chose to remain in India with our son (then 4 yr old) and refuse to live with me in Australia. She cites she does not like the culture, treatment of non-Australians, and atmosphere for bringing up our child. I strongly believe, she being the only child to her parents, is very much attached to her parents (and vice versa) and is the reason to my lonely life in Australia. She has not been working at all since her landing in India in Nov 06.
In Jan 2008, (after 10 y life in Australia) in an attempt to see if i can fit around her idea of living in India, i came with to India to explore job or business opportunities (while still being on a job in Australia), but i could not find a good opportunity in India relevant to my background.
During this time, we planned our second child that is due around Oct 08. Although i insist her to come to Australia and deliver the child in Australia, she is refusing to agree. She is still living in India and is refusing to cooperate with me to come to live in Australia. She has not been involved in any job activities in India is backed up morally by her parents for her life in India, although i have been supporting her’s and child’s monthly expenses and house rent from August 2007 onwards.
Currently I am in Australia and have no clue how to start a legal action as our marriage was solemnised in India in Tamilnadu, so we can apply for divorce. pl help.

I forgot to tell you that i became an Australian citizen in May 2007. My 6 yo son also became an Australian citizen earlier in 2008.
I, M. Rathinasabapathy (40 years) got married to R. Rajeswari (29 years) daughter of Mr. S. Rajagopal and Mrs. R. Syamala, of Howrah present residing at No. 42/1, Kailash Bose Lane, Howrah – 711 101, and the marriage was solemnized at Pondicherry on June 04, 2003 at Mahalakshmi Thirumana Mandapam, Chinnakkadai, Pondicherry. After a couple of months spending at Pondicherry, I got a job at M/s. Macmillan India Ltd, Bangalore and we shifted to Bangalore on December 05, 2003 and we lived peacefully and happily and she too worked in a couple of private firms. After she got conceived she lived with me for 2½ months and she went to Howrah on July 26, 2004 as per her father’s advice. She lived for about 7 months at Howrah. She came back to Pondicherry for about 3 days for her “Valaikappu function†on November 18, 2004 and she came to Bangalore with her parents, and all of them started using vulgar words and threatened me to acquire all the properties / wealth.
As Mr. S. Rajagopal and his family are involved in politics and by this influences they are sending some unknown persons to my residence and torturing me and my parents frequently in order to acquire our properties and money. On February 15, 2005, God blessed me with a male child. As I got a new job at M/s. Accenture India BPO, Bangalore, I am not able to get leave, for at least single day and my father Mr. S. Mahalingam (66 years) and my mother Mrs. M. Dhanalakshmi (65 years) who was operated in the right eye on February 21, 2005 and also in the left breast for cancer on December 08, 2005 and lying in bed and counting her days and family are only depended on the pension of my father, who served in Pondicherry Govt. for nearly 42 years (41 years and 8 months) in various capacities. During his entire service he did not get any black mark in his service records. And he lives in Pondicherry at the same below address for the past 65 years and I am living for the past 38 years in the same residence and this is the reason we are not able to go to Howrah, to see my wife and child. After several phone calls and letters, my wife came to Pondicherry from Howrah on September 12, 2005 with my child Mr. R. Lokesh (4 years) and her parents. After many advices to her, she left to Madurai on September 20, 2005 after 9 days of stay at Pondicherry and not to Bangalore even without showing, neither my child to me nor any photos, since his birth. I came to Pondicherry for Diwali on October 20, 2005 on 10 days leave to see her but she left to Madurai on October 16, 2005 once again without informing me, nor to my parents with her uncle Mr. Duraipandi and grandfather Mr. Pichaimani. On November 18, 2005 she came back to Pondicherry from Madurai and once for all she left on the same day, without any intimation or even informing me. She has taken all her belongings, along with my jewels, without telling anybody in our house.
After 3 months gap, I have received several summon in an frequent intervals which is filed under section 125 Cr. P.C., 125(3) Cr. P.C. 498A, 406IPC, 34, 354, 379, 506, 323, 341, 504 and section 3 & 4 of Dowry Probation Act etc. against me, my patents, brother and sister from the Court of 7th and 4th Judicial Magistrate at Howrah. As there is no leave on training period, I am not about to go to Howrah , for the first hearing on February 21, 2006, which is represented by my father and relatives. After completing my second hearing on March 20, 2006, I had been caught by the police and kept for 9 days i.e. March 20, 2006 to March 28, 2006 in police lockup and 1 day in Correctional Home, Howrah and released on March 29, 2006. For third hearing my father, my brother (Mr. M. Sivasubramaniam (37 years) is working in a private firm and sharing the family burden) and my sister (Miss. M. Sarojini (36 years) is innocent and helping her mother) who came out on bail on April 18, 2006. Both my brother and sister are unmarried.
Due to this court proceedings only, and due to my wife harassment I had to resign my good job at M/s. Accenture India BPO, Bangalore on April 29, 2006, and I am now jobless. Further till date without any fail we are attending all the hearing. I am very afraid of my father-in-law Mr. S. Rajagopal, mother-in-law Mrs. R. Syamala, wife Mrs. R. Rajeswari, cousin Mr. R. Prabhakar @ Dubbu and relatives Mr. R. Kumar, who are fully responsible for my life. I fear they may assault me through some persons, in order to swindle our hard-earned income and property. As Mrs. R. Rajeswari does not want to live with me, she gave false and fabricated reasons in the case records and arranged for arrest/remand against me under various criminal sections and she got exparte divorce on Apr 2007.
Further Pondicherry to Howrah, up and down is nearly 4000 Kms and we do not know local language Bengali. So, please accept this complaint and in the circumstance stated above it is prayed that your Honour may kindly pass necessary order for realisation and kindly arrange for proper counselling in order to have my wife and child back and still feel that if proper counselling is given I would mend her ways and there is all possibility to live with my wife without the interference from any body from either of the families of mine and her side. I am ready to live with her.

My divorce case is on since 2006 alongwith 498A in family court and criminal court respectively . the divorce case is on the verge of over but in 498A the place of incident is different hence the fight is on the issue of jurisdiction.
Now my wife is working as teacher but to avail the interim etc. she has submitted a false affidavit on oath at family court, that she is not working. court enquired and school gave a certificate with salary detail.
i have filed a case u/s 340 against her but the processing is very slow , pls advise that can we appeal to higher court as she has recently filed 406 & 323, 504, 506,
i strongly feel for reciprocation as they are not stopping

Why a judge does not think that this is a male dominated society and this is the prime responsibility of the male to make the society civilized or peaceful, if he cannot make his own family peaceful why he put false allegation on female. I agree that some of the girls are not good but think of those who are really innocent and become the victim of thier in-laws , and because of this kind of thinking they did not take any proper action against that real culprits. And always think the family of only boys how will they survive in society. Is there any judge who thinks the condition of the family of those girls who also suffers for getting the justice, but become the victims of every stage of justice. Is it the justice our indian constitution recommends for all.
I am a wife, I have filed for 125 of maintenance with all the evidence of cruelty of my husband and inlaws.I was working in a small company getting 2000/rs my inlaws compelled me to leave the job by making so pretndeces and after one week forced me to join the another company during the course of time they harrased me very much verbally or physically and on not getting the job they sent me to my parents for getting money for my livlihood.Now i am not in that condition to get the job. I dont agree to the point that only women are bad and they want to loot from husbands, majority are men and in laws who torture wives and her parents to the heights.I got married to a guy Ravi who works(still working) in Accenture Bannerghatta road, Bangalore, he was a contract employee then earning only 7000 per month,but his father cheated me and my parents saying he earns arround 35000 per month and he is very silent and good natured.
But the truth came out just one day after the marriage, that this guy has married me for money, he started asking me to transfer the site which was in name to his..He even wanted money from me for the honeymoon package,advance for the home rented,to buy a car for him, apart from that he asked me to give my whole salary to him and made me not to talk with any of my friends and my parents calling me was also banned.In the beggining I could not understand what was happening, but the torture worsened day by day his father coming home and both these guys were harrasing me to the core,then he started spreading rumours to all my relatives saying that I am ill charactered female.I dont let him to make love with him and all, infact he was a impotent guy and wanted to loot everthing and wanted me to take a loan and give the money to him,so that I will be enslaved for life time.

we filed a case of dowry harrasment against him, nothing happened police took money from them and left them. Now also they want me back and they are harrasing our family for the same.we have filed a divorce case,forget the maintainence they are saying they will not even give divorce for us..as the guy is impotent and he could not get married in future, we are running to the court now and then for justice,which we are not sure will happen.
To hell with so called educated, white collared males who does not have least humanity and capacity to look after their wives.The main cause is the male dominated value system in India we have been nurturing, where a women becomes a enemy for another woman,Mothers who cannot bring up thier sons with proper value system have no rights give birth.

you seem like you have enough money — you could have just walked away and filed for divorce or DV act– why did you use 498a(were you goign to suicide ?). if you dont require maintenance or anything from him and think its abad dream –since you are educated why not walk away? what made you file 498a.
how long were you married ? do you know the 7 vows of marriage or were you married in your backyard ? what is impotent mean ? does he not get a hard on ? my husband has a big hard on but i am planning to file 498a on your advise but i will say he is impotent too so he gets pissed off and doesnot get to screw anyone apart from me. what do you say ?

I am going thru the worst time of my life since Year 2002 when i got married. i tried to save my married life by convincing my inlaws, but there approach of leeting our familly down and mallacing image nevers stopped.
My wife left our house on 7/08/03 & has falsely implicated my parents, myself, married sister & brother with 498A, 125 case since 2004.
Myself along with my old father ( age 69 years) & mother (age 65 years), married sister, Professional brother is tring to resolve the cases since past 6 years. Quite frankly, I am a victim of illegal use of available law by a adamant wife.
I had tried to solve this issue after aggreeing to meet there demand of 3.25 lacs, which i apaid to her lawyer but she refused to turn back after we paid ammount. Some how we managed to get back the paid amount.
Please send me the copy of acceptance of divorse due to cuelity & dessertion.
I would like to learn from it to deal with my difficult situation.
I want to save my parents, brother & sister to go through the bad & painful experience which they are passing through

I am afraid that me and my Family will be held under false 498A,406,506,323 & 34 IPC .My wife want’s me get seperated from my OLD parents. She is living with her Parents and she dont want to come back though my family have requested her to comback but she never did that and use to fight with me on each and every thing. She is been brain washed by her mother and aunt for misbehaving with me. They all abuse me and my family it has been a mental torture for us as we are living under threat that they will file a false case against me and my parents.
This only resulted in iron hand cuffing like a herded criminal and lying in illegal custody. I had been caught by the police on 29th Jan 2009, and kept for two days in police lockup and six day in Correctional Home, Tihar jail and released on bail. She filed false FIR’s and filed under section 498A, 406,506,323 & 34 IPC against me & my family members (my patents, 2 brothers and 1 bhabhi).we all got the bail from the Court of Judicial Magistrate at delhi on 5th Feb,2009. Now, no one here to help me from this day to day harassment, lost couple of good jobs.
Please advice me what 2do.
